The recommended height for the U3 E-Bike is between 150 cm and 185 cm (4'11" ~ 6'1"). The maximum weight is 120 kg (264 lbs).

It usually takes 2-3 hours to fully charge the battery using the included charger.

We offer FREE shipping on all products in our shop.

The warranty for the motor, controller, and frame is 2 years. Tires, saddle, front and rear decorative strips, and fastening covers are covered for 6 months. The rest of the parts are covered for 1 year. For more details, please visit our warranty policy page.
